The State of California has paid billions in unemployment benefits to scammers. The California Labor Secretary Julie Su says a criminal ring of hackers and identity thieves are looting the money from state systems.

President Biden is set to reopen enrollment for ObamaCare tomorrow. Experts estimate as many as 10 million Americans have lost their private health insurance after being laid off during the pandemic.
